Eastern Slovakian energy industry Holding a.s. (VSE Holding) manages its subsidiaries, which are primarily engaged in the distribution of electricity (Vychodoslovenská distribučná, a.s.) and the supply of electricity and natural gas (Vychodoslovenská energetika a.s.). VSE Holding shares are owned by two shareholders, while 51% of the shares are owned by the Slovak Republic.
