Military training area Lešť
The Lešť military training area covers an area of 14,575 ha. It was established on July 1. 1950, when it was opened on the basis of the decree of the government of the Czechoslovak Republic, and as of January 1. 1993, it belongs to the Ministry of Defense of the Slovak Republic. There are various administrative buildings, heliports, barracks, tanks, as well as warehouses and many training grounds. In 2013, a very prestigious multinational military logistics exercise of the forces of the North Atlantic Alliance NATO took place here, in which 1 600 soldiers from 35 countries took part.

The cameras in the BVMS server-client system use the more modern BOSCH IVA intelligent video image analysis technology, while the recording of the cameras is realized on iSCSI disk arrays.
